My Journey

Hello!

If you are viewing this profile you are getting a glimpse into a girl's heart-my heart. On June 1st I will be heading off to serve the Maasai people in Kenya. I will be there for two months helping in medical clinics and working with water treatment/testing. I am so thrilled to be spending my summer learning about the Maasai culture and seeing where God directs me through this amazing experience.

I will be working with 3 other individuals-James, Josh, and Mary Beth. I am so excited to serve alongside them; I know we will return with stories of sadness and laughter but knowing that God will use each situation to mold us into a vessel that will be able to serve Him best for the rest of our lives.
I hope to update weekly but I'm not sure how the internet will work once we are there but I will try my best to keep everyone posted.

We spent our last few days on a safari in the game park before heading back home to the sates. We saw a variety of animals from: Lions, Hippos, Cheetah, Monkeys, Zebra, Giraffe, Elephants, Wildebeest, Hyena, Gazelle, and much more!
